Does the price change after I sign up?
No. Your price is locked at the rate you signed up at. We'll always give 30 days notice before any pricing changes, and you'll never be auto-renewed without a clear reminder.
What's included in the trial? Is anything locked?
The 14-day trial gives you full access to every feature on the Starter plan — brand voice training, trend monitoring, content generation, branded images, review queue, and publishing. Nothing is paywalled or artificially limited during the trial.
What does 'AI costs covered' actually mean?
Every post Affinton writes uses AI. On paid plans, that cost is absorbed into your subscription — you won't see a separate bill or get charged based on usage. One price, everything included.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your account settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. We don't charge cancel fees.
What counts as a 'brand'?
One brand = one Instagram account + one LinkedIn profile, with its own voice profile and content topics. The Starter plan covers one brand. Pro covers three. Agency covers ten.
